The Windsor Town Council meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at 8 East Windsor Boulevard (Unless otherwise posted). The public is welcome and is encouraged to attend.

Mrs. Kelly N. Kuhns serves as the Clerk of the Town Council.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Town of Windsor is to provide for the safety, health, and well being of its citizens by providing the necessary services to achieve this goal in the most efficient, effective, and economical manner possible.  We shall continually, strive to ensure that this Town is a great community in which to work, live, and enjoy life.
