Town of Windsor personal property tax bills were mailed on October 8, 2024; payment is due December 5, 2024.

If you do not receive a bill or have questions, please contact the Town of Windsor at (757) 242-4288. Town offices are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM.

Payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card are acceptable.
